All of our homes are third party tested to meet 2021 Energy Code. That means spray foam insulation, energy efficient HVAC, low-e windows. And, of course, low energy bills!
GREAT FLOOR PLANS
We’ve been building houses for a long time. So we know a thing or two about what works and what doesn’t. Our houses have large open floor plans, large closets, and functional bathrooms. Not to mention great outdoor space.

This is how we make our living. We are not a house flipper or investor looking to make a quick buck. We build houses and hope you will tell your friends about us to sell our next house. All of our houses come with a 1 year complete warranty , 2 year mechanical, and 10 year structural warranty.
QUALITY
We stand behind the products we use. We do not use cheap, builder grade material. Our cabinets are dovetail construction with self-closing drawers and soft-closing doors. We use quartz or granite countertops. Wood floors throughout except wet areas get tile. Ask us more about the quality products we use.
